G. Kimberley Diamond is a principal with Cunningham, Vogel & Rost, P.C. She represents municipalities and local government interests throughout the Midwest relating to real estate matters, bond transactions and public finance.
Kim previously served many years in the Real Estate Practice Group of a large national law firm located in St. Louis where she represented local governments, such as levee districts, in municipal issues and in real estate, bond and other finance transactions. She continues this representation presently along with other municipal representation. In addition to broad real estate and finance experience, Kim has significant experience handling real estate litigation and title claims. Her practice has also included a unique in flood control infrastructure and flood plain administration.
Kim received her J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri and her B.A. degree in Economics and Philosophy from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
